- These are the starting prices for 1 character.
- Additional character +100%. Max 3 characters.
- Additional fees may apply depending on effects and the complexity of the character and/or the background.
- Commercial fees are 2x to 3x the original price depending on the usage

Terms and Conditions
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:
I will draw
- fanart
- original characters
- ships (f/m, m/m, f/f)
- soft nudity
I will not draw
- armor (as the main focus)
- furry, anthro (kemonomimi ok)
- NSFW, gore
- racist, offensive and/or controversial subjects
General
- All commissioned artworks will be sent via mail and will be 300dpi.
- I have the right to decline an order without specifying the reason.
- You are not allowed to use my artworks for anything related to NFTs and AI.
- After I sent the complete commission, please make sure to save it as I won't be responsible for any lost file.
- No physical item will be shipped to you.
USAGE
- All commissions are for personal use only by default.
- Do not claim my artwork as your own. If posted online, proper credit to my Twitter or Instagram account @panpandochan is due. The one with the watermark is preferred.
- You are allowed to use the personal artwork for: personal print (limited quantity), gift.
- I reserve the right to use the commission as advertisement, post it online and include it in my portfolio.
PAYMENT
- Payment are made by PAYPAL. For local payment, bank transfer is accepted.
- Payment must be completed within the 3 days of the invoice being sent.
- Payment must be 100% completed upfront – I will not start the commission until I receive the payment.
- NO REFUNDS. If I am unable to finish your commission, you will be 100% refunded.
- Rushed deadlines will be additionally charged.
- If you do not have proper reference for your characters (i.e. I have to design with you), you will be charged additional fees.
PROCESS
- Your commission can take up to 2 months to complete.
- If I think I will take longer to finish your commission, you will be updated.
- If you wish for a transparent background version of your commission, please state it beforehand.
- I will send you 2 versions of the commissioned artwork: one with watermark, one without.
- I will send you updates at the end of each stage (depends on the commission type):
sketch -> lineart/clean sketch + base color -> rendered -> final effects
The T.O.C can be updated without notice.

However, as I do not always receive notifications of DMs, emails are preferred.
Make sure to have read the Terms and ConditionsPlease first contact me for the slot, along with:
- your name
- your contact details (email and social media)
- the commission type (personal/commercial) and style (e.g. “flat-colored + halfbody”)
- the concept (e.g. “2 characters taking a selfie”, “1 character reading a book”)I will then contact you through your social media for more details.
After I confirmed the slot, you can send me references, such as:
- character references, clothes (character sheet is preferred, but if you don’t have one, any picture of your character will do !)
- poses, expressions
- etc.Please be as specific as you can. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask!
